Warranty
If you purchased from www.sparqlife.com or are an authorized Sparq Life dealer, SPARQ® products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials. SPARQ will replace products that are damaged or defective within 15 days from the date of receipt.
In order to be considered defective, one of the following conditions must be met:

Device is leaking
-
The light is not turning on
-
The battery is not working
PLEASE NOTE: For defective products, 75% of the liquid must be in the device at the time of the return. Once our warehouse receives the defective device, quality assurance will check the item for defects, and we will ship out a replacement. At this time we do not offer refunds for defective items.

SPARQ warrants only to the original purchaser of this product. This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by modification, alteration, repair, or service of this product by any persons or company other than SPARQ. Defects resulting from physical abuse, or misuse of the product, including operation in a manner that is not consistent with product instructions, are not covered by this Warranty.
