We accommodate returns on sealed, unopened items and defective/damaged products. Returns must be shipped back within 15 days from the date of receipt.

For international orders, please write your Order Number on the package. Once sent out, please e-mail email@example.com with the tracking number.
If you received an incorrect or defective/damaged item, please reach out to us so we can provide a return label and help resolve this issue. In order to be considered defective, one of the following conditions must be met:
Device is leaking
The light is not turning on
The battery is not working
PLEASE NOTE: For defective products, 75% of the liquid must be in the device at the time of the return. Once our warehouse receives the defective device, quality assurance will check the item for defects, and we will ship out a replacement. At this time we do not offer refunds for defective items. Reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for additional help regarding returns.
In the event of an input of a wrong address, a filled mailbox/receptacle or other obstacle to receiving a delivery that we cannot control, there will be a $7.99 restocking fee.
