Great tasting pods, they last a very long time as well. Very discrete, the SPARQ pods can fit in the average shirt pocket or anywhere else you desire.

It has helped me stop smoking cigarettes. Each pod is supposed to have 1400 puffs but it doesn't seem like it last that long. It makes it rather expensive to keep using

I quit smoking and it was hard. You still have an urge to light one… this changed it all. No nicotine… I was skeptical… but it does the trick. If you’re just in it for the hit. This products ok. I chose this for it’s zero nicotine feature. But don’t expect to hit the flavors deep since it’s zero nicotine.
