Great way to quit smoking. I was long time smoker and randomly saw an ad for Sparq. I just thought what **** I'll give it try. I purchased the starter kit with fuel pods. I'm not sure if was the stopping of smoking cigarettes or using the fuel the pod but I actually had extra energy. I would recommend anyone that wants to quit smoking to try Sparq.
