What is Sparq?

Sparq Vitamin Air™ is a guilt-free and eco-friendly inhalation device that replaces nicotine and harmful chemicals with lab-tested vitamins, amino acids, and botanicals. 

Does Sparq offer a recycling program?

Yes, we do. Sparq encourages all users to become active participants in our Recycling Program. We provide prepaid shipping bags and labels that make returning your Vitamin Air™ to our recycling facilities simple and free. Once you have purchased 4 devices, you will get an email saying you are eligible to participate in this program. The email will lead you back to the website, to your Account page. From the Account page, you can download a return label, print, and mail back the package to us for recycling.

How does Vitamin Air™ work?

Within each device is a lithium battery that can be activated with light suction. This battery triggers a patented ceramic, non-toxic heating element that transforms our vitamin formulation into a refreshing, flavor-filled vapor. Inhale deeply and with confidence.

Exhale without any worry of releasing lasting odors or toxic smoke. Vitamin Air™ should last for at least 400 breaths, depending on how strongly you draw in.

When the battery is nearly finished, upon inhaling, the LED will blink for 2 seconds and then go out, as the remaining power will not switch on the microchip. When inhaling again, the LED will not react and blink, signaling that the device will no longer work.

Do you ship internationally?

We love international orders, however, there are several countries we cannot ship to at this time. We can ship internationally EXCEPT to the following: Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. 

Is Vitamin Air™ for everyone?

Unfortunately not: Do not use Sparq if you are under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding; have an unstable heart condition, high blood pressure, or diabetes; or are at risk for heart disease or are taking medicine for depression or asthma.

Will I have to sign for my package?

Typically, we do not require a signature when we ship your package. However, there are instances when the delivery driver may decide to choose this option, which is at their discretion.

Can I expedite my shipping?

All orders will be shipped out the following day. The following shipping options are available when you checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $4.99
  • Standard Shipping of Subscription Services (4-5 business days): FREE 

You’ll also have the option to expedite your package (Priority, Standard Overnight, and FedEx 2-Day) to arrive in 1-2 business days after processing. All expedited shipping costs will be based on weight and destination, and a shipping calculator will be available during the checkout process.

Expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

What makes Vitamin Air™ different from other inhalation products out there?

Every one of our products is sustainably designed with biodegradable materials, high quality ingredients, and vitamins as opposed to nicotine.

Have the ingredients in Vitamin Air™ been researched?

All Vitamin Air™ ingredients have been tested at the molecular level to ensure the elimination and reduction of harmful by-products during the heating process. Testing is conducted by an independent and well-respected chemistry-consulting firm. Sparq Vitamin Air is safe and has been lab-tested in an ISO-17025 accredited lab.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking number detail to update on the shipping website. 

You can also track your order in your order history. Just log into your account using your email address and password, then click on your order number in your order history.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

All shipments within the US will ship with USPS First Class mail, which typically arrive in 3-7 business days after processing. You’ll also have the option to expedite your package (Priority, Standard Overnight, and FedEx 2-Day) to arrive in 1-2 business days after processing.

International shipments will ship with USPS First Class Package International and typically arrive in 7-21 business days. For international expedited shipments, we offer DHL e-commerce (14-21 business days), FedEx International Economy (2 business days), and FedEx International Priority (1 business day). 

 

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Shipments can be sent to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

How are orders shipped to US Territories and APO/FPO addresses?

All orders are shipped USPS and usually take 5-10 business days for arrival but may take additional time.
